Luke has been skimming for a couple of years and he rips. He rides for IWS (Island Water Sports), DVS, and probably Zap in the upcoming months. He is going to college in St. Augustine in September, which is good for him because he will be near Vilano. If he's lucky, we'll still treat him as PB local when he comes back down!
