Chucky Atkins
Atkins (also known as Charlie Thompson, Chuck, or Chucky Atkins) has been skimming in the good ole U.S.A. for 2 years now. He is originally from the Cayman Islands where you can always find a some swell as long as there is a boat driving by. Since it rained the last time we were filming (plus when it cleared up we had a blind girl filming for us) we only got a couple pictures but don't fear, there will be more. (these are all thumbnails)
